About Saamya Trust

Saamya Trust is a public charitable Non-profit Trust registered with the Government of National Capital Territory (NCT) of Delhi. The Trust focuses on promoting a bottom-up approach to development through Panchayati / Local level governance, people-centric policy development, and effective implementation of social protection policies and services, with focus on marginalized communities of our society.

The Trust endeavours to synergize multi-sectoral development through evidence generation, operational research, direct field action and large and medium scale surveys, development of monitoring and evaluation framework and tools to monitor and evaluate impact of the programmes and policies alongside capacity building, and supporting advocacy.

Our Belief

We Believe in the strength of the civil societies and Self-Help Women Groups strengthened by the huge network of community-based volunteers and non-profit organizations in the country, Participation of every citizen in the development, regardless of gender, religion or social group, is a critical pathway to improve the standard of living of the all sections of the society.
